I am a PhD student in Human Resource Management at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
My research focuses on immersive telework in the metaverse, exploring how virtual environments shape work practices and technology acceptance. I approach this topic using mainly qualitative methods, such as netnography, phenomenology, and autoethnography, drawing on Activity Theory to understand situated experiences of users and the meaning they give to their work in virtual spaces.
I am interested in pursuing a career in research and teaching, in France or abroad. I see this field as highly relevant yet still underexplored, particularly in the context of HR Management, and aim to contribute to its development.
